Call for a three year moratorium passed by Oxford

...like the one passed by us in June.
By my count, that brings us to: Arlington, Cambridge, Greenfield, Hampshire Regional, Melrose, Oxford, and Worcester.
It was also passed by the Boston City Council last week.
