With the usual caveats*

...I have to say that Jim Stergios at least captures the conflict of interest, revolving door nature of much of whats going on in the national standards movement.



*including, but not limited to: it's the Pioneer Institute thus: the usual bit about how if the teachers' union likes it, it must be bad; the Mass Frameworks were practically handed down on Mount Sinai; the MCAS is the Best Examination Ever; everyone else is trying to undermine our work...you get the idea.
He had a decent one last month on similar themes.
