Novick asks for the effectiveness of the Future Teachers Academy: hard to evaluate, but we have 10 teachers currently teaching in WPS, and we know others have gone into teaching.

Luster says that in terms of effeciency, we have a computer program that catalogs all things translated so far for easy access and updating.
