And because it's my blog, and because I agree with them, let me point out that full nursing would mean 5 additional nurses, which would cost $275,000. Plenty, but not much in the context of $333 million.

Nurses are one of the most essential workers of our society today. Aside from doctors they are the ones who are really helpful in times that we are truly sick and ill. However these men and women in medical scrubs though needed and necessary are set aside by some hospital administrations giving them late salaries and even small amount of salaries. Also some patients and people tend to discriminate and abused nurses.
