Talking here about what people look for in a city. "When I hear...someone say the word boondoggle...that we're somehow trying to take some money and it's us and them...be careful with the term boondoggle...what are the best of the bad situation. Worldwide global recession. Repectfully, I urge you rethink that word."
Mullaney withdraws the word. She also points out that schools have declined over the past six or seven years..."we've been at a bad level, and we're going to stay at a bad level."
