Mullaney on Level 4 schools

Mullaney: "sad, sad day for Worcester"
Legislators did not pass these regulations: executive branch did
bureaucrats far from us
"not subject to an election...not subject to the will of the people"
"one lesson about civics or anyone today...we are becoming more and more governed by people coming up with rules and recommendations"
"we all want better quality education..."
"just dangling money out to us as a carrot"
"who's idea" was it to fire the principal?
"I for one would say keep your money"

she runs through the list and checks off the things that have already been done
"what recourse do we have...the increasing federalization of education...putting it the hands of people far from this community"

Last little power is to vote "and I want to vote"
