The T&G is reporting that the RFP is (FINALLY!) going out for a facilities master plan.
Do note, however, that it is not for all schools: per the RFP, "a comprehensive physical and programmatic assessment in twenty-eight
(28) schools." The district has 44 schools; I suspect that this has something to do with the $400,000 budget. Given that this money passed two years ago, though, it getting through (and being outsourced, which is the right way to do this one) is a victory!
