Present are the three members of the City Council subcommittee (Toomey, the chair; Eddy; Smith) and two of the members of the School Committee standing committee (Foley, the chair; Bogigian; O'Connell is the 3rd member and he's running late).
Also in the room are Mary Mullaney, Gary Rosen, and Barbara Haller.
