There's a discussion going on around the nutrition program, and the Mayor has asked a somewhat tangental question: kids who owe as little as $4 are fed cereal instead of lunch. She asks about that.
Brian Allen says that there is now a process being worked on to look at if those kids now eligible for free or reduced lunch.
The Mayor also asks about food waste; she's asking for a report.
