Boone's style

Here's a really interesting thing about Boone's style...she's speaking to items BEFORE they are referred anywhere, actually requesting that items be sent to administration, or requesting that reports come back differently...getting involved in the process of the meeting itself.
She's got a much more active style than either of the previous two superintendents. Interesting to see.
This is also in keeping with some of the conversations during the retreat about how and where things should be referred.
