UPDATE: The City Council doesn't meet this week (primary election is 9/16). Councilor Eddy assures me that it is up for next week's agenda.

Question 1 and the City Council
This past Tuesday's meeting led the Daily Worcesteria to believe that Councilor Eddy would be bringing up Question 1 (that's the state income tax rollback) at this coming Tuesday's Council meeting. It's not up on the agenda, but that doesn't bar him (or anyone) for bringing it up under suspension. I'll check in and see if we can find out.

Eddy? He's the one that said "no way" to Council discussion of Question 2. Are you sure you didn't mean Rushton?
Eddy said "no way" to Question 2 because he didn't think the decriminalization of marijuana was city business. Question 1, rolling back the state income tax--and, more to the point, what that would do to the city--is, in his view.
(I'd say they both are. But they didn't ask me.)
Saw Councilor Eddy yesterday, and he said he's got it on for next week.
