Not one (in New Hampshire)...
Not two (in Maryland)...
but THREE (in D.C.) federal judges today issued separate injunctions barring the Trump administration from taking federal funds from schools that don't meet the administration's interpretation of not having diversity and equity initiatives.
The injunctions are issued because the judges have found that there is some potential for success in the cases filed.
