The Board also voted to extend the use of MCAS as a graduation requirement to the class of 2019.Update on PARCC – MCAS Choice for 2015:As of June 27, a total of 253 districts or charter schools with students in grades 3-8 have made a decision on which assessment they will administer in spring 2015, with 145 districts or 57 percent choosing PARCC and 108 districts or 43 percent choosing MCAS. UPDATE: Also, DESE will release a list of which districts are doing what after the June 30 deadline.
