There's a new policy brief out by the Great Lakes Center for Educational Research and Practice which finds little evidence that the broad reforms required NCLB of failing schools does much to improve student achievement.
It's entitled NCLB's Ultimate Restructuring Alternatives: Do They Improve the Quality of Education?
